The NYS Supreme Court ruled in August that several classrooms in East Sibley Hall and Myron Taylor Hall have violated fire codes. Cornell has renovated these classrooms to comply with the ruling. The University also plans to upgrade the fire alarm and smoke detection systems of Olin Library.
